At Howling Moto, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
